Services
All pujas, havans and rituals are performed in good faith and as per Vedic shastra. Outcomes depend on devotion, karma and divine grace; we do not guarantee specific worldly results.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only after acknowledgment from the acharya. Auspicious muhurat is finalised mutually. Dakshina, samagri costs and travel (if any) are communicated transparently before sankalp.
Cancellations
Once sankalp has been performed, the puja cannot be reversed and dakshina is non-refundable. Pre-sankalp cancellations are handled case-by-case in good faith.
